An anti-terrorism court judge in Karachi has handed over three accused in the Marwa case to the police on physical remand till September 26. Two accused in the case from 5-year-old girl Marwa, Abdullah, and Faiz, have been handed over to the anti-terrorism court. The investigating officer told the court that no evidence was received against the accused Nawaz, the accused Nawaz has been acquitted and is being released. The prosecutor objected that until the Investigation of the case is not completed, the challan is not submitted, accused Nawaz cannot be released. The court rejected the report of the investigating officer and ordered to produce the third accused Nawaz in the court immediately. The terror court handed over the three accused to the police on physical remand till September 26. Meanwhile, in the Marwa case, two accused pleaded guilty. Faiz alias Faizu said in his statement that on the day of the incident and my accomplice Abdullah The girl was abducted. After the abduction, Marwa was brought to her house and humiliated, which resulted in her death. Marwa’s body was wrapped in cloth. R was thrown in the garbage can.
