Educational institutions closed until July 15, there will be no board exams this year

ISLAMABAD: The government has abolished all board examinations across the country due to the situation in Corona.
In a media instructions after the gathering of the National Coordinating Committee, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood said that previous it was chosen to keep the instructive organizations shut till May 31, which is presently being stretched out for one more month and a half. The Education Minister said that due to the situation, the examinations of the boards have not been postponed but have been abolished, after which the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth examinations will no longer be held.

Shafqat Mahmood said that the students would be promoted after seeing the result of the last year and similarly admission in the university would be given on the basis of the result of class XI.
