Extension of lock down in Islamabad till May 31

A notification has been issued to extend the lockdown in the federal capital till May 31. According to the details, the Punjab government yesterday issued a notice about the extension in the lockdown across the province till May 31. The extension was extended till May but now a notification regarding extension has also been issued in Islamabad. According to the notification, the construction sector was opened in Islamabad in the first phase, steel, plastic pipes, electronic devices, paint industry was opened. Sanitary works and hardware stores will also remain open.

Shops with SOPs will be able to open in small markets, shops will be allowed to open 5 days a week, parks, polo clubs, tennis courts will also be allowed to open while implementing SOPs. General stores, bakeries, flour mills, dairy shops are allowed to be open all week, meat, fruit shops, and ovens will also be open seven days a week, shops will be allowed to be open from 9 am to 5 pm, tires Puncture shops, driver hotels, petrol pumps, restaurants can be opened 24 hours a day, postal couriers, pick and drop service will be allowed to open from 9 am to 5 pm.

All major shopping malls in the city will remain closed, major markets in Rawat, Bihar Kahu, and Tarnol will also remain closed, educational institutions and shopping malls will remain closed, large restaurants and hotels will also remain closed, hair salons and barbershops will also remain closed. Gay, Tiger Force, and volunteers will be allowed to work with QSOs.
