Lahore High Court has stopped the NAB from arresting Shahbaz Sharif

The Lahore High Court has controlled the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from capturing PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif.

A two-part seat containing Justice Tariq Abbasi and Justice Farooq Haider heard Shahbaz Sharif’s interval bail application in the Lahore High Court.

Azam Nazir Tarar and Amjad Pervez Advocate showed up in the court in the interest of Shahbaz Sharif while Special Prosecutor Syed Faisal Raza Bukhari showed up in the court in the interest of NAB.

During the meeting, the court asked where the applicant Shahbaz Sharif was. On which Shahbaz Sharif’s legal counselor said that he is available in the court and is a disease persistent.

The court asked, “Do you dread capture?” To which the attorney answered that the record mentioned by NAB was given yet at the same time NAB is excited for capture.

The court asked at what stage is the situation against Shahbaz Sharif? On which his legal advisor said that the body of evidence against Shahbaz Sharif is at the phase of examination.

The court asked the NAB investigator whether NAB contradicted Shahbaz Sharif’s bail application. Syed Faisal Bukhari answered that NAB would contradict the bail of Shahbaz Sharif.

The court, in the wake of hearing the contentions of the gatherings, controlled the NAB from capturing Shahbaz Sharif till June 17.

It might be reviewed that the NAB had struck Shahbaz Sharif’s habitation in Lahore yesterday in an unbalanced resources case however he was absent at the house.

Shahbaz Sharif had recorded a request in the Lahore High Court looking for pre-capture bail in which NAB executive and others were made gatherings.
