The PCB confirmed on Monday that Mohammad Amir would be available to join the Pakistan team in England after withdrawing from the tour earlier due to personal reasons.

“It is very unfortunate because Harris Rauf was in our team but he is testing positive again and again. We were waiting for him to recover and join the team but in view of the many positive results [Corona virus ], It seems, is not enough. “Time,” he said.
“Considering white-ball cricket and T20 cricket, we have decided to call Aamir after consulting the captain. He is an experienced seamer and will strengthen our fast bowling.
“Rohail will stay with the squad and gain experience by joining the players. We initially brought him in as a backup wicketkeeper because of Rizwan’s case. However, Rizwan is already here and Sarfraz is also here. Rohail will leave the squad once he arrives after Aamir, “Misbah added.
