LAHORE: A resolution has been filed in the Punjab Assembly against the new ninth grade study of Pakistan mentioning the recognition of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the last prophet. The text of the submitted resolution states that it was written in the old book of the ninth grade that acknowledging Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the last prophet is an essential part of the doctrine of Prophethood. It is a mandatory requirement. A new study of the ninth grade has removed the word “last prophet” from Pakistan. This belief is a conspiracy to put the end of prophethood behind. The text of the resolution said that no true Muslim can compromise on the belief at the end of prophethood, the change in the new ninth-grade book should be stopped immediately and the old study book of Pakistan should be included in the curriculum again. The resolution requested the Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi to take special notice of the matter and hold a special debate in the House.
