Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has said that the opposition in the National Assembly targeted the government instead of making suggestions on Corona.
Speaking in the National Assembly, Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood said that those who demanded a physical session of the National Assembly were not present in the House today.
Shafqat Mehmood said that no suggestions were made in the speeches made by the opposition in the assembly and instead of targeting Corona, the government was targeted.
He said that the life of the poor has been affected more by the Corona epidemic, critics did not care about the people deprived of daily wages, what is the confusion of taking care of the poor? Protests are taking place in developed countries, protests are taking place in Europe.
The Federal Minister said that Pakistanis are less affected by Corona than other countries. We have decided to work together to tackle this epidemic for which a National Coordination Committee has been formed.
Referring to the 18th amendment, he said that the 18th amendment is part of the constitution but shouldn’t it be mentioned? There are many issues and many issues have been handed over to the province which was the responsibility of the federal government, Corona Crisis has also pointed out some weaknesses of this amendment.
He further said that in the ordinance sent by Sindh, electricity and gas was not a provincial issue, on the one hand there was an uproar of 18th amendment and on the other hand steps were taken against this amendment.
