ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he will spare no effort for the protection of national security and sovereignty.
Prime Minister Imran Khan accompanied by Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters.
Federal Ministers Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar and Special Assistant for National Security Moeed Yousaf were also present on the occasion.
On arrival at ISI Headquarters, Director General ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received the Prime Minister.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Imran Khan was given a detailed briefing on regional and internal challenges and was also briefed on Pakistan’s efforts to restore peace.
On the occasion, the Prime Minister said that he would spare no effort to safeguard the security and sovereignty of the country.
The Prime Minister particularly appreciated the sacrifices and tireless efforts of the ISI.
